I bought the Batman GO! Carrera set and it rocks, my 4 year old son
bellylaughs when we play with it, that alone is worth the price.
I bought the Mario and Wario cars because my son is a big Maro Kart fan.
You can't keep either of them on the track for half a lap.
One reason is that the magnets are weak.
Compared to the batman and joker cars, the magnets are simply anemic.
SO I switched out the magnets, which if I had my choice I would NEVER do again, not the easiest thing in the world.
No dice, they still won't stay on the track. I think the wheels are simply too wide, and the Mario and Wario characters make them too top heavy to take a turn at anything but grampy speed and what fun is that?
Buy the Batman set it looks cooler, (hello, LOOPS!!) and works very well.
By the way, if you hear cursing in the distance, it's just me switching the magnets back.
