I've owned this product for just over a month, and have only used it about 4 times during this time. The cart worked fine in terms of power, and ability to climb hills. On the third use, the plastic knob that is used to tighten the handle stopped tightening as it lost the teeth on the inside of where it connected to the tightening mechanism, and it was impossible for this handle to stay upright. I had to go to a machine shop afterwards to make a similar knob out of metal that wouldn't wear out as easily. Also the control panel is covered by a cheap sticker which fell off in the trunk of my car, and I had to glue back on. Finally, as the cart is driven by a small rear wheel, in order go up the slightest step...like say you have to cross a street and over a curb to get to another part of the fairway, you would have to pivot the cart backwards to raise the front wheels (and your bag). This is something I tried once, but it was obvious that the pivot point would not be able to take this amount of force as it too is made of cheap plastic. What I have done is to tie a string to the front of the cart and pull that part up if I have to cross anything, but it is so annoying that I have to do that after I spent over $450 for this cart (there were cheaper models that I avoided, in trying to find something with good construction)!
