(More customer reviews)First, let me say that those who do not carry a sand bottle of some sort are handicapping themselves in divot repair ability. All of the carts at the two courses I play the most of course have them but as I do play quite often without a cart, it can be a problem.
This bottle serves the purpose for which it was made quite well. It is easy to fill, fits by 3-wheel push cart perfectly and is more than easy to use. It holds enough sand (in my case) to complete 18 holes the majority of time. As another reviewer points out, it is fastened pretty tightly but in my opinion, this is a good thing as it is quite unlikely that it will fall of, especially when the cart is folded.
There are indeed no screws or hardware that you have to worry about and the clip mount is included. The bottle itself is quite well made and should last a long, long time.
In most cases a divot cannot be repaired properly without the skilled and judicial use of sand. Simply to replace the grass and turf back into the divot hole is a waste of time and it does fare more harm than good. I might add that I strongly feel that there should be a very special; a very horrid ring in hell for those that do not repair their divots. These that do not are low life scumbags and have less manners than feral goats (meaning no disrespect for goats in this case).
I also would like to mention that if you do not know how to properly repair a divot, then you should learn. Either one of the club's pros or ground keepers will be more than happy to show or tell you how.
Anyway, this is a good product at a good price and I do highly recommend it.
