(More customer reviews)No instructions but easy to figure out how to adjust the clamp to fit securely (just turn the clamp lever to tighen or loosen to better fit the bar it is being attached to). I even use it on my lawn mower and it hangs on pretty well even with all the vibration and bouncing.
